The TV Startup add-on runs the always-on channel; GoLive for live services on F1 or F2, Donation Management for giving and the Radio Station are bought from your admin dashboard. Subscriptions and course sales are paid into your own payment account, and Flicknexs takes no commission on gifts, subscriptions or course sales; your payment provider's fee applies, and purchases made inside the phone apps also carry the app store's fee.

Start with what you have. Last Sunday's service, the week's devotionals and a hymn hour can fill a day on the always-on channel (TV Startup add-on), repeated at the hours your members watch. Add programs as recordings build up; each new recording goes into the schedule from the same admin you uploaded it to.

Someone uploads each recording and fills in its title, description, artwork and category in the admin, then drags it into the always-on channel's schedule (TV Startup add-on). After that the channel plays on its own, with no one on duty at the church. During a live service, someone should watch the chat.

A camera and a streaming encoder, software on a computer or a hardware encoder, that sends your service over RTMP to the stream key in your admin. Live channels come with F3 Premium and F4 Enterprise; on F1 and F2, add the GoLive add-on.

Yes. Guided migration is part of onboarding. Large archives go through the Bulk Import Tool kit, a monthly add-on you can switch off once the import is done; otherwise recordings are added title by title in the admin.

Not unless you put it there. A new channel starts with an empty ad library, and an ad plays only after your team approves it and attaches it to a specific recording, live service or channel. Flicknexs does not sell ad space on your channel and does not add ads of its own. This covers your own website and apps; anything you also send to YouTube follows YouTube's rules.

Keep it for reach if it helps people find you. What YouTube does not give a church is control of what surrounds your worship. Its terms give it the right to earn money from what you upload, including by showing ads on or within your videos; blocking ad categories is a Partner Program setting; and a YouTube player embedded on your website can still show ads. With Autoplay on, another related video starts when your service ends, and your subscriber list there shows only people who made their subscriptions public. Yes. F3 Premium and F4 Enterprise include live channels from your streaming encoder, several of them, so each campus can have its own, plus DVR. Announce each service with its start time so its page and countdown are up before you go live, shown in each viewer's own time zone. Signed-in members can chat beside the stream; there are no automatic chat filters, so ask a volunteer to watch the chat. On F1 and F2, the GoLive add-on in your admin adds live streaming with scheduling and viewer access control. Afterwards, upload your recording of the service to your sermon library.

Yes, with the TV Startup add-on. The channel plays your schedule from the cloud: loops through the night, set programs at set times, and more than one channel if you want one for worship and one for teaching. It is priced by the number of channels you run; select +Infra fees in the pricing section to see the tiers. A multi-day program guide grid is not offered.

It is a fair worry, and no one can honestly promise either way. What you control is how you present the stream: as care for the sick, the homebound and people who are away, while you keep inviting everyone who can to come in person. Your channel carries whatever your tradition teaches, including an Act of Spiritual Communion on screen for those watching Mass at home.

Yes, depending on your plan. On any plan, a member can cast from the web player to a Chromecast. With your own phone apps, from F2 Super, they can cast with Chromecast from Android or AirPlay from iPhone. From F3 Premium your church has its own Android TV and Fire TV apps, and Samsung, LG, Roku and Apple TV apps can be added to any plan as add-ons, priced per app. Continue watching is kept per account, so a member picks up where they stopped.

Yes. Everything in your library can be watched at any hour, and a live service shows its start time in each viewer's own time zone. On the always-on channel (TV Startup add-on), schedule repeats of the Sunday service at the hour it becomes Sunday morning where most of your members abroad live. For a second schedule, run a second channel within your tier.

Yes, with subtitles and separate titles. Add subtitle files in every language you need to each recording; they are not generated automatically. A service interpreted into another language is published as its own title, because each video carries one audio track. Your site's menus come in English, French, Italian, Arabic and Polish.

Each household can set up profiles, and a child's profile can be put in kids mode; titles you flag as adult-only stay off it. Kids mode is a view, not a lock, and profiles have no PIN, so it works best with a parent nearby. Continue watching is shared across the account rather than kept per profile. When you film children, follow your church's safeguarding and photo-consent policy.

Partly, and it is worth being exact. Access is set per title: keep services free to anyone, or limit a title to viewers who sign in. Sign-in only means anyone who creates an account on your site can watch, so it is not private. A course or conference can also be offered on its own with a free preview, and any title can be limited to the countries you choose. For a funeral the family wants kept private, keep the recording off the platform, or ask us to build a link that opens for one family only. Ask the family's consent before you film.

Yes, through the contact form on your website. It works for guests and signed-in members, and each request arrives in your admin. The form asks for a name, email and phone number, so tell members who reads requests and how they are kept confidential. A prayer wall, or routing requests to a prayer team, is not built in; we can build it to order. Read a request on air only with the person's consent.

Yes, if your services include songs under copyright: your license covers the music, not the platform. CCLI's streaming license, held alongside its Church Copyright License, covers services streamed from your own website or a streaming service, as long as the stream is free to viewers. It does not cover songs at paid-entry concerts or conferences, productions that are not a church service, or recorded tracks unless expressly authorized. ONE LICENSE offers streaming cover for sacred music too. Ask your licensing body whether a round-the-clock replay channel is covered before you schedule one, and keep services with licensed songs free to watch. Modern Bible translations shown on screen can carry publisher terms too, so check yours.

Yes, with the Donation Management add-on, bought from your admin dashboard; members give on your website. Designated funds, pledges, year-end giving statements and tax receipts are not part of it.

Yes. Your member list belongs to your church: export it from the admin as a spreadsheet, CSV or PDF whenever you like, and take it with you. Your phone and TV apps are published from your church's own developer account in each app store, so the store listings and their ratings stay yours; the stores charge their own developer account fees.

Basic DRM on every plan: signed playback URLs, geo-fencing, per-title access rules and a player watermark. Multi-DRM with Widevine, FairPlay and PlayReady is arranged on request on an enterprise plan.
